Job Title: Office Secretary & Admin nCompany: A fast-growing tech startup in Muscat, Oman (IT, AI & e-commerce industry) nJob Summary: We are seeking a bilingual (English & Arabic) Office Secretary & Admin nto manage our office operations and support our online activities. The ideal candidate is ntech-savvy, organized, and an excellent communicator, capable of handling nadministrative duties while assisting with digital marketing tasks. Female candidates are nstrongly encouraged to apply. nKey Responsibilities: n• Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, greeting nvisitors, and handling correspondence. n• Coordinate internal schedules and meetings (manage calendars, arrange nappointments, prepare meeting minutes). n• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing documents, record-keeping, nand organizing office supplies. n• Assist with customer communication, providing initial responses to inquiries n(phone, email, or chat) and directing queries to the appropriate team members. n• Maintain the company’s social media pages (e. g. Instagram, LinkedIn) by posting nupdates and responding to commentsmessages in a timely manner. n• Update and upload content on the company website and e-commerce platform n(e. g. adding new products, blog posts, and announcements). n• Collaborate with the marketing team on digital marketing campaigns and ncontent creation and help monitor online engagement. n• Support basic sales and customer service activities when needed, ensuring a high nlevel of customer satisfaction. n• Multitask across various duties in a fast-paced startup environment, maintaining nprofessionalism and efficiency. nRequired Qualifications & Skills: n• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field n(preferred). n• 13 years of experience in office administration, executive assistant, or similar nroles. n• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic – excellent written and verbal ncommunication in both languages. n• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor, with the ability to ncommunicate clearly and build good rapport with clients and team members. n• Proficiency in computer use and office software (MS Office suite – Word, Excel, nOutlook, etc. ). n• Familiarity with managing social media platforms and basic content creation or nediting (experience with Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn is a plus). n• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and online platforms (e-commerce, web ncontent management) or a willingness to learn these quickly. n• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills – ability to prioritize ntasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. n• High level of motivation and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and ntools. n• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with ndiscretion. (Preference will be given to female candidates who meet the above ncriteria. ) nWork Conditions: n• Location: Muscat, Oman – on-site at the company’s office. n• Employment Type: Full-time position, initial 6-month contract (with possibility nof extension based on performance). n• Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, approximately 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (.
