Position: Beauty Institute Manager
Location: Algiers, Algeria
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the beauty salon, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and supervise a team of beauty technicians, providing training, guidance and support.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic working environment.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, appointments and feedback in a professional manner.
- Control inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenditure and achieve financial targets.
- Foster a positive and motivating working environment.
Profile required:
- Certification in the beauty and industrial sectors.
- At least 5 years' experience.
- Proven experience as a beauty salon manager or in a similar management role.
- Mastery of modern techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in the beauty industry.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial records.
