Job SummarynWe are seeking a capable and experienced Project Engineer (Civil) to support project execution, reporting, quantity tracking, and coordination activities. The engineer will work closely with the Site Engineer, Project Coordinators, and Project Manager to ensure smooth project delivery, accurate reporting, and effective coordination with consultants and suppliers. nThe ideal candidate should be able to handle technical and commercial tasks with minimal supervision. nn Key Responsibilitiesnn Project Reporting & Planningn•tPrepare daily, fortnightly, and monthly progress reportsn•tSubmit villa timelines, updates, and progress estimatesn•tSupport schedule tracking and reportingn•tUse Primavera or similar planning tools (preferred)nn Quantity Surveying & Commercial Supportn•tPrepare and verify measurement sheetsn•tSupport invoice preparation and submissionsn•tAssist in project budgeting and costingn•tCoordinate with clientconsultant QS teamsnn Coordination & Site Supportn•tWork alongside the Site Engineer, Project Coordinators, and Project Managern•tAttend coordination meetings on material and specification changesn•tCoordinate with site, MEP, and electrical engineers to resolve issuesn•tAssist in site material requirement calculationsn•tMonitor progress against project targetsnn Procurement & Materialsn•tCoordinate material procurement activitiesn•tAttend supplier meetingsn•tSupport material selection and technical evaluationn•tTrack material approvals and deliveriesnn Requirementsn•tBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineeringn•t3–7 years of construction experiencen•tExperience in villabuilding projects preferredn•tKnowledge of measurement sheets and invoicingn•tFamiliarity with Primavera or similar softwaren•tGood coordination and documentation skillsn•tAbility to work with multiple stakeholdersnn Preferred Profilen Civil Engineer with QS and planning exposuren GCC project experience is an advantagen Able to work independently while supporting the project team
