Job Summary: nnThe Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for our warehouse operations, ensuring timely sourcing of high-quality materials, cost optimization, and compliance with global procurement standards. The role requires close coordination with vendors, internal stakeholders, and logistics teams to support uninterrupted store operations. nnKey ResponsibilitiesnnManage procurement of raw materials, packaging, consumables, equipment, and non-trade items required for cafe industries. nnSource, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors in line with quality, sustainability, and compliance standards. nnEnsure timely purchase order (PO) creation, follow-up, and delivery tracking. nnMaintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking. nnCoordinate with warehouse, finance, and operations teams for smooth procurement cycles. nnMonitor vendor performance, pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. nnEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards applicable within all the cafe based industries. nnPrepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and vendor comparisons. nnSupport cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes. nnHandle documentation related to procurement, contracts, invoices, and audits. nnRequired Skills & Competencies:nnStrong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management. nnExperience in food & beverage or procurement preferred. nnGood negotiation and communication skills. nnProficiency in MS Excel, ERPSAP systems, and procurement tools. nnUnderstanding of inventory management and supply chain operations. nnAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. nnStrong attention to detail and compliance orientation. nnEducational Qualifications:nnBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. nnProfessional certification in procurement or supply chain is an added advantage. nnPreferred Experience:nnPrior experience handling procurement for Cafes or similar international F&B retail brands. nnExposure to sustainability sourcing and ethical procurement practices. nnKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):nnOn-time procurement and delivery performancennCost savings and budget adherencennVendor quality and compliancennInventory accuracy and turnover
