Job Title: Quality Controller – Roastery & Retail OperationsnDepartment: Quality Assurance OperationsnReports To: Quality Assurance Manager OMnnJob SummarynThe Quality Controller is responsible for maintaining and improving the quality standards of coffee products, food items, and operational procedures across the 55 Coffee Roastery and all retail shops. This role ensures consistency in roasting, beverage preparation, food safety, customer experience, and compliance with company standards through regular inspections, audits, testing, and staff coaching. nnQualificationsnDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Hospitality, Coffee Technology, Quality Management, or a related field. nSpecialty coffee certification (SCA or equivalent) is preferred. nHACCP or Food Safety certification is preferred. nQuality auditing experience is an advantage. nnExperiencen2–5 years of experience in coffee quality control, specialty coffee, food production, or café operations. nExperience in both roasting and café operations is preferred. nnPlease send your CV to the whatsapp number. nOnly shortlisted applicants will be called for interview. n#No calls please!
