A leading construction company in Riyadh needs to hire a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Estimator. Candidate shall have minimum of eight (8) years’ construction experience with at least five (5) years’ experience in the quantity surveying and cost estimating construction works, materials and equipment. At least four (4) years’ experience required in the Middle East. Must have strong technical and administrative background to satisfy reporting and documentation requirements. Knowledge / experience with 3 D Topography Methods (especially Civil 3 D) and the latest CSI standards and conditions of Contracts under FIDIC would be an advantage. The Proposed Candidate shall possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university and be fluent in written and spoken English.
