Key Responsibilities: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients. Provide expert guidance and advice on buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Negotiate and close deals efficiently. Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies.
Qualifications: 0.6 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales is preferred; freshers with a strong interest in real estate are welcome to apply. knowledge of CRM Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service skills and a client-focused approach. Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented. Valid real estate license (preferred but not mandatory).
