Multidisciplinary Medical & Aesthetic Center (Dentistry – Nutrition – Dermatology – Aesthetics)nnnnnKey Responsibilities:nt1. tWelcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. nt2. tManage appointment scheduling:nt•tBook, confirm, and reschedule appointments via phone and booking software. nt•tCoordinate with doctors across different departments. nt3. tAnswer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and accurately. nt4. tHandle patient files, billing, and documentation (digital & paper-based). nt5. tProvide patients with information about services, promotions, and packages. nt6. tDirect patients to the appropriate department or specialist. nt7. tHandle initial patient complaints and escalate to the Operations Manager when necessary. nt8. tFollow up with patients to confirm upcoming appointments and reminders. nt9. tSupport administrative tasks (printing, archiving, preparing forms). nt10. tMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. nnnnQualifications:nt•tBachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Languages, or related field). nt•tPrevious experience as a receptionist (preferably in a medical or aesthetic center). nt•tProficiency in computer use (MS Office – medical booking software). nt•tGood command of English (spoken and written). nt•tPresentable appearance and strong communication skills. nt•tAbility to work under pressure.
