
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter responsible for sourcing and hiring heavy-duty truck drivers, diesel mechanics, and logistics staff and sales people. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. nnKey ResponsibilitiesnSource and recruit (a) blue color: heavy truck drivers, diesel mechanics, helpers, and logistics staff (b) white color: accountant and sales people. nUse job portals: Indeed, Linkedin recruiternScreen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. nCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and arrange trade tests if required. nManage recruitment pipeline and maintain candidate database. nEnsure recruitment targets are met (weekly hiring targets). nAssist with visa processing and onboarding coordination. nnRequirementsn3–5 years experience in recruitment, preferably in logistics or transportation. nExperience recruiting blue-collar workers (drivers, mechanics, technicians). nStrong sourcing skills using job portals and databases. nGood communication skills in English (Hindi or Arabic is a plus). nAbility to handle high-volume hiring. nnKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)nnDeliver 10–15 qualified CVs per day for priority roles. nMeet monthly hiring targets for drivers and technical staff. nMaintain a strong pipeline of candidates. nExperience with ATS or HR software is a must.
