Own sales, distributor development, market-entry, and readiness for all GCC markets to drive growth and unlock new revenue streams. nKey Responsibilitiesn1. Oman Market Leadershipn- Meet monthlyquarterlyannual targets across all channels. n- Strengthen distribution and visibility in nationalregional retailers. n- Oversee sales reps, merchandising, and in-store execution. n- Ensure pricing discipline and promo execution. n- Have Oman driving license. n2. GCC Market Developmentn- Develop market-entry plans for UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and KSA. n- Identify and select distributors aligned with the brand strategy. n- Lead negotiations for listings and trade agreements. n- Coordinate regulatory support and product registration. n- Create channel strategies and sales forecasts. n3. Regional Sales Accelerationn- Consolidate demand plans and monthly forecasting. n- Implement regional visibility toolkits and launch plans. n- Optimize trade spend ROI. n- Integrate field insights into planning and S&OP cycles. n4. Distributor & Key Account Managementn- Track distributor performance with scorecards. n- Manage relationships with retail groups (e. g. , Lulu, Carrefour). n- Ensure Joint Business Plans with distributors. n5. Governance, Reporting & Alignmentn- Provide weekly dashboards for Oman and GCC progress. n- Monitor competitors and market activities. n- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls. n6. Leadership & Capability Buildingn- Recruit and develop local teams. n- Coach teams and distributors on execution. n- Foster a high-performance culture. nRequired QualificationsnEducation & Experiencen- Bachelor’s degree in BusinessMarketing; MBA preferred. n- 812+ years FMCG leadership experience, including GCC exposure. n- Success in launchingscaling brands in multi-country FMCG environments. n- Distributor management experience in at least 23 GCC markets. n- Expertise in modern trade key account management. nTechnical Skillsn- Experience in route-to-market strategy, pricing, P&L, product registration. n- Proficient in CRMERP, market analytics, and sales planning. n- Strong Excel skills. nLeadership & Behavioral Competenciesn- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills. n- High ownership and accountability. n- Excellent negotiation, communication, and influence skills. n- Resilient, proactive, and solution-oriented. nLanguage SkillsnFluent in English and Hindi; Arabic is a plus. nKey KPIsnOman KPIsn- Sales achievement vs. monthlyquarterly targetsn- Numeric & weighted distribution growthn- Shelf share improvements & visibility executionn- OOS rate reduction & planogram compliancenGCC KPIsn- Market-entry milestones delivered per countryn- Distributors onboarded according to evaluation criterian- Number of listings secured in regional retailersn- First-year sales targets per countryn- Trade and visibility program rolloutn- Registration timelines and readiness KPIsnRegional KPIsn- Forecast accuracyn- Trade spend ROIn- Distributor performance scorecard resultsn- Speed-to-market for new launchesnIdeal Candidate ProfilenA regionally experienced leader with deep FMCG expertise who can manage Oman’s operations and scale new GCC markets.
