The role will focus on building brand equity, driving customer engagement, and expanding retail performance while ensuring sales targets are achieved. The candidate must have strong expertise in retail marketing, brand development, and customer experience, along with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team to deliver outstanding results. nnKey Responsibilities:nMarketing Strategy & Brand Developmentn•tDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market share. n•tPlan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and digital initiatives that resonate with target customers. n•tConduct market research to understand consumer preferences, fashion trends, and competitor activities. n•tBuild strategic partnerships to enhance brand exposure and market reach. nDigital & Retail Marketingn•tLead digital marketing initiatives including social media, e-commerce, and online customer engagement. n•tOptimize in-store marketing, visual merchandising, and customer experience to increase footfall and conversion. n•tMonitor marketing ROI and continuously refine campaigns for effectiveness. nnSales & Business Growthn•tSet and achieve sales targets across retail outlets and wholesale channels. n•tMonitor store performance and implement sales improvement strategies. n•tDevelop new business opportunities and explore expansion into new markets. n•tManage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. nTeam Leadershipn•tBuild, train, and lead the sales & marketing team. n•tFoster a culture of creativity, performance, and customer-centricity. n•tAlign sales and marketing activities with company goals and long-term growth strategy. nnQualifications & Experience:n•tBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. n•t8–12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in retailfashionapparelFMCG. n•tProven track record in brand building, marketing campaigns, and achieving sales growth. n•tStrong understanding of digital marketing, retail marketing, and customer engagement strategies. nKey Competencies:n•tInnovative and creative marketing mindset. n•tStrong leadership and team management skills. n•tExcellent communication and negotiation ability. n•tData-driven decision-making and analytical skills. n•tCustomer-focused, with deep understanding of Omani and GCC retail markets. n•tExcellent bilingual communication skills (English & Arabic)________________________________________nWhat We Offer:n•tCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives. n•tOpportunity to shape the brand strategy of a heritage Omani fashion company. n•tA dynamic role with direct impact on company growth and market presence.
