Location: Dubai

Job Description:
• Work closely with the developers, admins, and stakeholders to understand product specifics and to create corresponding test strategies.
• Maintaining security including sharing rules and security levels
• Develop and maintain testing suites for various applications in a large-scale Salesforce environment.
• Evaluate existing test artifacts and design test cases/scripts for new releases with minimal supervision.
• Support standard objects, Custom objects, Page Layouts, and Record-types to distinguish between various requirements.
• Execute manual testing on frontend (UI) and backend (API) systems.
• Assist and collaborate in non-functional testing (like performance, Security, Compliance) for Salesforce UI and API during release cycles.
• Coordinate integration, regression and UAT testing with internal and external teams to create successful test events.
• Ensure that acceptance criteria is clearly communicated and documented
• Attend and participate in scrum ceremonies.
• Provide support to end user training and support creation of training materials
• Be an advocate and voice for our QA policies and procedures within your team
• Proactively identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in our processes and procedures.
• Contribute to the update of test cases and implement automated testing tools
• Creating Test Plans, Test Scenarios, assisting in defining the acceptance criteria for the requirements, Test Cases/Script, Defect lifecycle management, and other activities involved in the QA lifecycle.
