Arab Falcon is seeking an organized and proactive School Transport Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Complete tasks required by school management.
-Bus Coordination: Ensure timely bus operations; arrange replacements for delays/incidents.
Parent Communication: Address parent queries respectfully and promptly.
CCTV Management: Ensure bus CCTV cameras are operational; manage and verify data.
Field Trip Coordination: Organize and log field trips; update data promptly.
Student Data: Enter and update student data; prepare and send bus lists daily.
Attendance and Invoicing: Print/send attendance sheets weekly; manage invoices and receipts.
Payment Collection: Contact parents for pending payments. Qualifications:
- Must have UAE driving license.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management. Package:
- Salary – AED 60007500 based on experience.
