Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Lead and execute school outreach programs, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, educators, and key stakeholders.
• Communication: Deliver compelling presentations to school administrators, teachers, and students.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate partnerships and agreements with schools and educational organizations.
• Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a team to achieve project milestones.
• Strategic Planning: Identify and pursue new opportunities for expanding our reach within the educational sector.
• Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively and ensure smooth product delivery under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 35 years in a similar role, preferably within the education sector with strong connections. (Required)
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial partnerships.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding ability to build and maintain relationships.
• School Contacts: Established network within UAE school community is a significant advantage.
• Leadership: Proven team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Pressure Handling: Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work.
