SDOS is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant (preferably female) to handle various day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
The key duties include:
Communications and Correspondence: Managing phone calls, emails, and written correspondence, including screening calls, taking messages, responding to inquiries, and drafting/editing documents.
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Assisting in organizing schedules, arranging meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and preparing necessary materials.
Data Entry and Documentation: Ensuring accurate records, files, and databases through tasks like data entry, document organization, and creating/updating spreadsheets and presentations.
Event Planning and Coordination: Assisting in planning and executing company events, conferences, or meetings, including tasks like venue selection, catering coordination, and attendee management.
Support to Team Members: Providing administrative support to other team members, such as preparing expense reports, coordinating projects, and assisting with research or data analysis.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and exercising discretion in all matters.
Qualifications: 02 years of experience.
Preferred engineering degree.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Time management skills and familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
