We’re currently recruiting for Senior Sous Chefs to join our pre-opening team.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef role within a high volume, upmarket restaurant concept
• Expertise within Mediterranean cuisine
• Experience in leading a kitchen team of 70+ chefs
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
