Requirements: - Fluency in English (mandatory). - Stress tolerance and the ability to remain composed under pressure. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Prior experience in retail or store management is highly desirable. - Basic knowledge of administrative and accounting procedures. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. - Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
