As Teaching Assistant Coordinator you will be responsible for recruiting, coordinating and supervising a team of Teaching Assistants, as well as offering administrative support where needed. You will work closely with Customer Management professionals, carry out teaching assistant duties yourself and will make sure that the Teaching Centre's young learners are properly supervised at all times while on-site.
Some shift work, including weekend working on a rotational basis, and occasional evening work can be expected in this job.

Essentially, applicants will have at least two years' practical experience in a coordinating role, with experience of class administration.
