BEST PROFIL is recruiting on behalf of its client TRANSFER AGENTS IN AGADIR AND MARRAKICH POSITION: -Processing and validating transfer requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. -Coordinating with internal teams and external parties to resolve any issues that may arise during the transfer process. -Monitoring transfer status and updating stakeholders on progress. -Contributing to process improvements and enhancing our transfer services. PROFILE: -Proven experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of transfer processes and regulations. -Fluency in French and English, with proficiency in Arabic being an asset. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transfers. -Familiarity with relevant software and systems, such as banking platforms and transfer management tools. -Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between Agadir and Marrakech as needed.
