We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for an FMCG startup company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor and customer relationships, achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and leading the sales team within the FMCG sector and other product categories of the company. nnKey Responsibilities:n• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targetsn• Manage and grow distributor, wholesale, retail, and key accountsn• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demandsn• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performancen• Ensure effective distribution coverage and product availabilityn• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reportsn• Monitor sales KPIs, collections, and customer outstanding balancesn• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and product launchesn• Build strong relationships with customers and business partners• Identify new business opportunities and expand market sharen• Ensure execution of trade promotions and merchandising activitiesn• Maintain compliance with company policies and reporting proceduresnnRequirements:nn• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldn• 8+ years of FMCG sales experience, including team management in Omann• Strong knowledge of distribution, retail sales, and market operationsn• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsn• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting systems
