We are currently seeking experienced Real Estate Agents with a strong background in the Dubai real estate market only. This role involves advising clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and managing contracts. We provide continuous training to agents with training sessions focusing on client interaction, changing trends within the Dubai real estate market, and the general UAE rules and regulations regarding investing in property.

•tNetwork and expand contacts base
•tMarketing / Lead Generation Initiatives
•tPromote the Company in a positive light to external stakeholders
•tRegular contact with clients ensuring awareness of current market activity as well as new opportunities
•tKeep up to date with the market, including new developments and regulation changes
•tAct as an intermediary between Buyer and Seller
•tClient Management
•tUpdating CRM database
•tAssist clients in buying and selling properties
•tShow various properties to prospective buyers in order to showcase options and help them find the right property
•tStay updated on real estate market trends and changes in regulations
•tProcessing incoming/out-coming calls from potential clients
•tEffectively managing client inquiries, concerns, and objections
•tEvaluate the client’s desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
•tMaintaining sales targets set by the Head of sales
We're looking for:
-a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
-proven track record in rentals in Dubai’s real estate industry
-deep knowledge of the Dubai market
-In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including property values, Viewing and market trends, and RERA rules.

What you must have?
-1 to 2 year Real Estate Experience (specializes in both rentals and sales) (Based in Dubai, UAE) Fresher can apply also
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
-Hindi, Fluent in English, and (Arabic Plus Point)
