•Main Responsibilities:
-Define Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for specialized roles.
-Write and Broadcast Job Ads: Craft clear, compelling job postings and distribute them on relevant platforms.
-Search for Candidates: Utilize job boards and other platforms to actively source qualified professionals.
-Candidate Screening: Pre-select candidates, conduct telephone pre-qualification interviews to evaluate their profiles and skills.
-Evaluate Candidates: Assess candidates based on their technical expertise, experience, motivations, and cultural fit.
-Reporting & Summaries: Write interview summaries and evaluation reports for the management and clients.
-Coordinate Client-Candidate Meetings: Facilitate meetings and discussions between shortlisted candidates and clients.
-Negotiations: Lead negotiations with candidates, discussing contract details and salary.
-Client Support: Assist clients in the final decision-making process, ensuring their satisfaction with the selected candidates.
-Candidate Monitoring: Follow up with placed candidates throughout the guarantee period to ensure a smooth transition.
-Reporting: Prepare daily reports on recruitment activities for line managers and stakeholders.
•Desired Profile:
*Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the sectors of Oil & Gas, Energy, or other relevant industries.
*Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Language: Proficiency in English and French is essential.
*Location: Candidates must be able to work from Jijel, Algeria
