We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves making outbound calls, promoting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Present and promote products/services to generate sales.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide information.
Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
Meet daily/weekly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and potential customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues as needed.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.
Prior tele sales or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong phone presence and persuasive skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge.
