Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications. n2. Quantity take-off from drawings and tender documents. n3. Prepare cost estimates and budgets. n4. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison statements. n5. Prepare interim payment applications and client billing. n6. Verify subcontractor invoices and prepare payment certificates. n7. Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports. n8. Handle variations, claims, and change orders. n9. Maintain records of contracts, measurements, and payments. n10. Assist in tender preparation and contract documentation. nnPlanning Responsibilities:n1. Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 MS Project. n2. Develop baseline programs and update project schedules. n3. Monitor project progress and prepare weeklymonthly progress reports. n4. Identify delays and recommend corrective actions. n5. Prepare recovery programs when required. n6. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to track activities. n7. Prepare manpower, equipment, and material planning schedules. n8.
