Take orders and ensure accuracy in delivering food and beverages.
Provide recommendations on menu items and up-sell when appropriate.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Ensure timely and efficient service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and requests in a professional manner.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
