Position: Guest Survey AssociatennJob Description:nThe Guest Survey Associate will contact American members, ask five short questions to collect feedback, then transfer them to the sales department to receive 500 reward points for listening to a special vacation offer. nn Duties & Responsibilities:n•tMeet the daily target of outbound calls using automated dialing technology. n•tAchieve 11 successful transfers per day 300 per month. n•tContact recent hotel guests and conduct a 1–2 minute survey about their stay. n•tTransfer the customer to the USA call center after completing the survey. n* ⁠•tFollow company rules and professional communication standards. n•tEscalate any major client issues to the supervisor or manager. nn Requirements:nt•tFluency in English (B2–C1) nt•tEgyptians only nt•tGraduates, undergraduates & dropouts are welcome nt•tMaximum age: 35 yearsnn Salary & Benefits:nt•tNet Salary: 12,000 EGP during the first 3 months n with 2,000 Kpi’snt•tNet Salary: 15,000 EGP starting from the 3 th monthnt•tKPIs: 3,000 EGPnnt•tTotal package up to: 20,750 EGPnt•tQuarter Bonus: 12,000 EGP after completing 3 months nn Fixed Days Off: Saturday & Sundaynn Door-to-door transportation for females
