The Training Manager will focus on enhancing training effectiveness and driving revenue through innovative learning solutions Key Responsibilities: -Develop and execute training programs for external clients, ensuring alignment with market needs and industry standards. -Create comprehensive training plans, recruit, and build high-performing training teams to deliver quality programs. -Collaborate with the organization’s advisory and consulting teams to provide training support and integrate learning solutions into broader service offerings. -Lead the design, development, and execution of training programs, ensuring they meet both client and BDC specific requirements. -Develop strategies to promote training courses, drive revenue, and position training as a commercial product. -Ensure training programs comply with industry standards and secure accreditation from relevant professional bodies to enhance credibility and marketability. -Collaborate with subject matter experts to design tailor-made training sessions and workshops that address unique client needs. -Stay updated on emerging training methodologies and technologies, reviewing and enhancing existing programs to improve engagement and effectiveness.
