IT Managed Service & Support Services Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on managed services and support.
- Proven experience in managing onsite and offshore teams.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with service desk tools and IT service management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive client satisfaction.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial resources.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Expert, PMP, CISSP) are highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud-based service management.
- Experience in a system integrator environment.
