Job Title: Software Implementation Specialist Company: BDO Jordan Location: Amman, Jordan Job Description: BDO Jordan is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Software Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and support of our new HR tracking solution. Key Responsibilities: Implementation: Conduct thorough testing of the software to identify and report bugs to the development team. Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process. Actively gather user feedback and propose innovative solutions to enhance the product’s functionality and user experience. Provide timely and effective technical support to users throughout the implementation phase. Documentation: Develop comprehensive system documentation, including technical manuals, user guides, and other relevant materials. Clearly articulate complex technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
