A Recruitment specialist is required in Amman Jordan We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment specialist to provide comprehensive support to our executive clients. The ideal candidate will be a masterful problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Calendar & Schedule Management – Coordinate and manage complex calendars and schedules. – Organize meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal time management. – Resolve scheduling conflicts proactively. Communication & Correspondence – Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. – Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. – Screen and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate parties. Qualifications: – Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. – Excellent verbal and written communication. – High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. – Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. – Discretion and confidentiality are imperative.
