Kuwait Investment Company looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven individual
to become part of our growing team in the following roles:

L Manager - Market Maker Department
Required Qualifications:

¢ Minimum of bachelor’s degree:
* Minimum 10 years of experi'enac«?fi.;
* Has Market Maker Trading Expefignce.
s As per CMA book 5 requirements.

Main Duties & Responsibifities’f

Analyze any potential client by conducting ebmprehensive client due diligence prior to establishing a relationship
with any entity and commencement of any Market Maker activities.

* Deal with all external related parties e.g., CMA, ‏باكاي سروع‎ Kuwait Clearing Company, brokers, and system
developers regarding market maker process rules‘and rules and regulations.





* Prepare presentations and present to potential clients?
* Conduct daily market maker trading.

* Assist in devising and implementing strategies mainly built aréund teehnical and fundamental analysis, and event
driven strategies, with the aim of maximizing the department’s revenle streams.

* Document and explain investment decisions and strategies to the management.
= Supervise establishment and management of new market maker clients{ |
= Suppoart the management in preparing the market maker strategy by providing vélUable insights and recommendations.

* Assist in developing new products and financial instruments that Boursa KLW&TaIt will introduce and can be
managed within the asset management sector at KIC. &
