Purchasing Manager Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 35 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, shipping, logistics, and customs clearance
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with procurement software and inventory management systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
Understanding of food & beverage products and familiarity with perishable goods management (preferred)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
