Key Responsibilities:
+ Develupand execute strategies to expand the company's customer base
and achievegrowth targets.
+ Manage daily-operations of the travel agency to ensure smooth and
efficient servicedelivery.
٠ Lead, guide, arid motivate the team to achieve performance goals and
ensure high customer satisfaction.
« |dentify and secure'new business opportunities, including corporate
travel accounts and gfoupsbookings.
« Build and maintain streng relationships with clients, vendors, and
corporate partners.
٠ Monitor market trends, compelitor activities, and develop innovative
sales strategies to maximize profit
٠ Prepare periodic business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
» Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
field MBA preferred.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development role at Travel
& Tourism industry.
+ andidate holding active "IATA accreditation” will be given priority
+ Strong leadership, communication, and neqotiation skills:
+ Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
