Job Title: Finance Manager/Optikosshami
Department: Finance
Reports to: GM
Location : Amman-Jordan

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls in line with the organization’s goals and regulatory requirements.
Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Oversee the procurement process, which includes sourcing suppliers, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services..
Collaborate with program managers and project teams to develop project budgets, monitor spending, and provide financial guidance.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis for management ..
Liaise with external auditors for financial and procurement-related matters.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and work closely with the Internal Control Officer to monitor compliance, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships with banks, suppliers, and other financial partners, and ensure adequate liquidity to meet organizational obligations.
Academic Qualifications and Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 1015 years’ experience.
Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
