Job Summary
Maintaining and delivering document control services integral to the approved control process for the effective management TAJ ALSAFA’s documents.
KPIS
Accuracy of Document Control.
Total time taken to process a document/Number of documents processed.
Compliance with Regulatory Requirements.

Responsibilities

Receiving, recording, distributing, and filing all documentation.
Guiding company team in storing and managing documentation, utilizing document management system.
Maintaining high-quality standards for document management, storage, and access.
Handling the reception, recording, distribution, and filing of technical documentation, coordinating correspondences, and managing various reports and submissions to government agencies.
Managing document version control, security, access, retrieval, and distribution, ensuring compliance with records management obligations.
Ensuring consistency in document control processes.
Implementing and developing document management system, document models, and templates to foster best practices and continuous improvement in document management.
Identifying opportunities for improvement in documentation control processes and procedures and acting on improvement requests from directors and teams.
Coordinating correspondences, including contractual documents, reports, designs, and schedules.
Performing any other duties related to his/her job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
Qualification
Diploma degree in business administration or any other related field.
3+ years of experience in a related field.
Knowledge of document management systems.
