نحن نوظّف – مسؤول تصدير بنات فقط nالشركة: MNB Pharmanالموقع: الإسكندرية، مصرnنوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل – في مقر الشركةnنبذة عن الوظيفة:nنبحث عن مسؤول تصدير يتمتع بقدرة عالية على التنظيم وروح المبادرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا. ستكون مسؤولًا عن إدارة وتنسيق عمليات التصدير، وتتبع الشحنات، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة واللوائح الدولية. nالمهام الرئيسية:nnnإدارة عمليات تصدير المنتجات إلى الأسواق الدولية بكفاءة ودقة. nnnالتعامل مع جميع المستندات الجمركية والتجارية، مع ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية. nnnالتواصل مع العملاء والموردين الدوليين لضمان تسليم الشحنات في الوقت المحدد. nnnالتنسيق مع فرق التخزين واللوجستيات لإعداد وتنظيم الشحنات بشكل صحيح. nnnإعداد تقارير دورية حول حالة الصادرات وتحليل الأداء في الأسواق الخارجية. nnnتطوير وتحسين إجراءات التصدير لتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية. nnnالمتطلبات:nnالسن من 25 سنة لـــ 35 سنةnخبرة سابقة في مجال التصدير أو التجارة الدولية، ويفضّل في قطاع الأدوية أو الرعاية الصحية. nnnمعرفة قوية بإجراءات الجمارك ولوائح التصدير الدولية. nnnمهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة العربية والإنجليزية. nnnقدرات قوية في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت، والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط. nnnدقة في العمل، ومهارات قوية في حل المشكلات وروح المبادرة. nnWe’re Hiring – Export OfficernCompany: MNB PharmanLocation: Alexandria, EgyptnJob Type: Full-time, On-sitenAbout the Role:nWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Export Officer to join our team. nYou will be responsible for managing and coordinating export operations, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and international regulations. nKey Responsibilities:n•tManage the export of products to international markets efficiently and accurately. n•tHandle all customs and commercial documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. n•tCommunicate with international clients and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of shipments. n•tCoordinate with warehousing and logistics teams to properly prepare and organize shipments. n•tPrepare regular reports on export status and analyze performance in foreign markets. n•tDevelop and improve export procedures to enhance operational efficiency. nnRequirements:n•tPrevious experience in export or international trade, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. n•tStrong knowledge of customs procedures and international export regulations. n•tExcellent communication skills in Arabic and English. n•tStrong organizational and time-management abilities; able to work under pressure. n•tAttention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and initiative.
