Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with proven/ relevant project experience; minimum 20 years' experience in Oman/
GCC countries in project management and control of similar project value, familiar and conversant with engineering
processes and tool for Real Estate/ Infrastructure Projects.

2. Construction Manager Site office

Bachelor's degree incivil engineeringwith proven/ relevant real estate/ camp project/ construction experience; minimum
20 years’ experience in 0 Oman/ GCC countries in site construction management and control of similar project value for Real
Estate/Infrastructure Projects.

3. Sr. HSE Engineer Omani Only

Bachelor’s or professional Degree in HSE management/ NEBOSH certified; minimum of 12 years related experience;
minimum of 8 years in Oman/ GCC Countries in Real Estate/ Infrastructure Projects.

4. Senior Interface Engineer Project Engineer

Bachelor's degree in engineering: minimum of 12 years related experience; minimum of 8 years in project management,
complex project interface management and gentrol in Real Estate/Infrastructure Projects.

5. Project Planning/ Controls Engineer Lead

Bachelors degree in engineering: minimum of 10 years related experience; minimum of 8 years in project planning & cost
control managementin Real Estate Projects.

6. QA/QCEngineer Lead

Bachelor's degree in engineering: minimumof12 years relaten experience; minimum of 8 yearsin project QAQC management
in Real Estate Projects.

7.ICV Manager or Appointed Omam Only

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of experience in human resources and/ or public relation officer
working and coordinating with relevant ministries of manpower, labouror OPAL in Oman. Qualified to read, write and speak
in both Arabic and English language. The candidate should be conversantin In Country Value ICV} matters as a capability
as per Section C7.

8. Engineers Civil/MEPs

Bachelor's degree in engineering: minimum of 8 years related experience; mlmmum offiyeamln design, material selections
in Real Estate Projects.

9. Procurement & Material Lead

Bachelor's degree in engineering or material management; minimum of 12 yearsrelated experience; minimum of
g years in Oman/ GCC countries in Real Estate Projects.

10. Information Management IM Lead

Bachelor's or professional Degree in information management; minimum of 10 years related experience; minimum
of 8 yearsin information/ document management and control in Real Estate/Infrastructure Projects.

11. Document Controller Omani Only
Diploma or professional qualification in document control and management; Minimum of 6 years related experience.

12. QA/QC Engineers Civil / MEP

Bachelor's degree in engineering; minimum of 8 years related experience; minimum of 5 years in project QAQC Management
inReal Estate Projects.

13. HSE Advisor Omani Only

Professional qualification in HSE Supervision at construction sites; minimum of 6 years related experience in Real Estate/
Infrastructure Projects.
