Job Opportunity: Administrative assistant at Pella Pharmaceuticals Co. Location: Amman, Jordan Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pella Pharmaceuticals Co. is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the following Requirements: • Excellent command of English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational abilities. • Must live in Amman preferably near Dabouq or surrounding areas (Khalda, Sweileh, Um-alsummaq, Rabieh, Mecca street). • Positive attitude, communication skills, and attention to details. Responsibilities: • Manage daily office operations. • Handle reception duties, including welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and paperwork. • Schedule and coordinate meetings. • Assist with various administrative tasks. • Email Management: Write and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
