The HR Assistant plays a critical role in the HR team by managing administrative tasks and providing support across various HR functions. This position is accountable for providing (administrative) support to HR manager, including handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment and personnel processes. We are looking for: A person with a high ability to interact with employees across different departments daily. Manage large amounts of employee data, managing the diverse documentation and processes within the HR department. Using HR software for tasks What you need is: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another related field • Advanced English communication • Experience from 02 years in the same field • Strong knowledge of computer systems such as, Microsoft Word, Excel is strongly preferred • Strong communications skills required • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Registered employees into the system and had their fingerprints taken for attendance. • filtered CVs, and scheduled appointments for interviews • Stored and organized employee files and documentation • Registered overtime as needed, updating the HR system accordingly, and facilitated onboarding processes for new employees.
