مطلوب مندوب مبيعات خارجي في عمان Outbound Sales Representative About the job Job description Aqualine Water Technology, a leader in water treatment equipment across the MENA region and North Africa, is looking for a Phone-Based Outbound Sales Representative to help us connect with key clients and grow our business. In this role, you will engage potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to introduce Aqualine’s innovative water treatment solutions. Your focus will be on building relationships, understanding client needs, and driving sales—entirely remotely. Key Responsibilities Cold Calling and Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients and introduce Aqualine’s water treatment products.
Technical Presentations: Communicate the technical benefits of our water treatment equipment to prospects in a clear and compelling way.
Follow-Up and Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent phone and email communication.
Product Explanation: Effectively explain the features and benefits of our water treatment equipment to clients over the phone or virtual meetings.
Collaboration: Work with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and collaboration on larger accounts.
CRM : Log interactions, track leads, and update client information in the CRM system to ensure accurate records and follow-up plans.
Feedback Collection: Gather insights from client conversations to help improve our offerings and sales approach. What We’re Looking For Sales or Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales, Customer Service, or technical sales is a strong advantage.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and build trust over the phone.
CRM : Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Persistence and Drive: A go-getter with a proactive attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Languages: Fluency in English & Arabic, French is a plus.
Technical Background is a Plus: A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related fields) or equivalent technical knowledge is preferred.
