This individual will play a pivotal role in managing the company’s daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, communication, and multitasking, providing essential administrative and operational support to maintain our professional environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Document and Paperwork Management: • Create, update, and manage company paperwork using Excel and Word. • Organize, store, and maintain important company documents such as invoices, contracts, and official records. 2. CRM and Website Dashboard Management: • Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client and lead information. • Regularly manage and oversee the company’s website dashboard to ensure functionality. 3. Social Media Moderation: • Monitor and moderate the company’s social media pages to ensure prompt responses to inquiries. • Coordinate with the social media team to manage and address leads effectively. 4. Collaboration with Departments: • Work closely with the business development team to assist with administrative tasks and follow-up actions. 5. Office Organization and Client Interaction: • Keep the office organized, clean, and presentable for clients and team members. • Greet and welcome clients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable during their visits. 6. Additional Administrative Support: • Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed to support the company’s operations. • Take initiative to handle ad hoc assignments and contribute to the company’s efficiency and growth. Qualifications and Skills: • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field. • Technical Skills: • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). • Familiarity with CRM systems and website dashboards is a plus. • Soft Skills: • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Friendly and professional demeanor for client interactions. • Ability to multitask and adapt to varying responsibilities.
