Social Media Content Creator o Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media in a timely and professional manner. o Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed. · Brand Voice & Consistency: o Maintain and develop Eagle Post’s brand voice across all social media and digital platforms. o Ensure all content is consistent with our brand guidelines and reflects our mission and values. · Campaign Support: o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that support broader marketing initiatives. o Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns, ensuring copy and content are aligned with social media efforts. · Innovation & Trends: o Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. o Propose and implement new ideas and strategies to enhance our social media presence and engagement. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Experience: • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in social media content creation and copywriting. • Strong range of ability to create engaging social media content and compelling copy. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar. • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus. • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics. • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
