Responsibilities: 1-Monitor competitor promotions for each product group. 2-Maintain continuous awareness of competitive products, pricing, performance, market share, for purpose of recommending product continuance or modifications, market potential. 3-Focus on key performance indicators including traffic to orders ratios, top line sales, gross margin, and average transaction. 4-Advising Purchasers on items which ought to be restocked or removed from the catalog. 5-Track record of increasing sales of particular products. 6-Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement. 7-Managing sales and sales targets, expenses, profits, assets and budget of the store which is given to him. 8-Manage all aspects of the showroom to ensure high standards in the layout, merchandise display, advertising, sales promotions and product information to convey the desired image the Company. 9-Formulates pricing policies on merchandise according to requirements for profitability of store operations, and follow according to the unified pricing structure. 10-Encouraging managers and supervisors to make suggestions to improve product performance to drive brand achievements. 11-Manage all product inventories and maintain accurate inventory records. 12-Ensuring all customers are receiving a high level of customer service consistent with the brand. 13-Controlling customer feedback, customer’s complaints or inquiries and market research. Requirements: – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Sales and Customer Service experience. – Ability to understand customer needs and promote products. – Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. – Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. – Have good knowledge of building materials and repairing products. – (24) years experience.
