As Received : HR Officer A Confidential company is looking for a highly motivated HR Officer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Execute recruitment and selection processes based on company needs. Manage HR procedures such as contracts, hiring, and termination. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies. Oversee leave management, insurance, and employee benefits. Support performance evaluation and employee development programs. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 02 years of experience in HR. Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
