We’re Hiring: Help Desk & Web Developer Officer Are you both a problem-solver and a creative coder? We’re seeking a Help Desk & Web Developer Officer to provide technical support to our team and help maintain and develop our online presence. Your Role Will Include: Help Desk Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to staff via email, phone, and in-person Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues Maintain user accounts, devices, and system security Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and user requests Web Development Duties: Maintain and update company websites (WordPress or custom platforms) Collaborate on UI/UX improvements, site functionality, and performance optimization Assist in front-end and basic back-end development tasks Ensure websites are secure, responsive, and SEO-friendly ✅ Skills & Qualifications: Experience in IT support or help desk roles Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (or other CMS platforms) Understanding of website hosting, DNS, and web security Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills A degree or certifications in IT, Web Development, or related fields is an advantage [email protected] لمشاهدة جميع الوظائف الشاغرة على ثريدز اضغط شارك الوظيفة
