Develop, implement, and optimize mix designs to meet quality and performance requirements.
Formulate and test block and interlock mix designs to achieve the required strength, durability, and aesthetics.
Ensure consistent production quality by monitoring raw material proportions, moisture content, curing times, and compressive strength.
Conduct regular inspections and laboratory testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Ensure durability of mold and calculation of production cycles.
Ensure production schedules are met within budget and with minimal downtime.
Monitor and optimize the use of machinery, materials, and labor.
Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods and communicate with the General Manager.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
