Job Announcement: (Relationship Manager – Commercial and SME’s Department) at alrajhi bank – Jordan. Accountabilities: ·Ability to attract new Commercial and SME’s clients. ·Providing Commercial and SME’s clients with professional and high-quality services that meet clients’ requirements and exceed their expectations. ·Identifying Commercial and SME’s clients’ needs and fulfilling them with proper bank’s products & services. ·Handling and managing Commercial and SME’s client’s requests inquiries, calls and emails related to their accounts, products and services in a proper and professional manner, while referring them to respective RM/ related unit whenever needed. ·Resolving clients complaints/ service issues either directly or in coordination with relevant teams and follow cases through to resolution. ·Cross-selling and promoting bank’s services & products. Job Requirements: Education: ·Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field. Experience: ·Minimum 5 years banking experience in the same field. Competencies: ·Full awareness of bank’s products, services, P& P, rules & regulations. ·Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ·Good in English and Arabic. ·Problem solving skills.
