In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Market Intelligence Unit. In addition, their team’s output will provide support to the Strategy Sector with setting company KPIs, market and industry insights and trends, drive growth, and Increase profitability that will help shape the organization’s strategic positioning. Moreover, it will be responsible to curate content from research entity that is relevant to the organization, and disseminate it within stc Kuwait. Roles and Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and recommend market research Initiatives.
Present market research findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
Responsible to manage the Customer Experience functions.
Ensure timely support to the team for ensuring completion of tasks.
Review and monitor the performance of Customer Experience tasks.
Develop and execute market research plans to gather insights and information on target markets, customer preferences, and industry trends.
Analyze all data points and translate it into clear and actionable recommendations to be considered by the Strategy leadership team.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and offer guidance and expertise on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Work closely with teams across stc Kuwait’s sectors, such as Consumer, B2 B, Technology, and transformation to identify the required data sets and share insights.
Liaise with research agencies to support stc Kuwait’s sectors with any research needed.
Communicate research findings compellingly and persuasively, using data visualization and storytelling techniques to the Strategy Sector or Executive Management.
Highlight stc Kuwait customer’s perspective and ensure that their needs and preferences are considered in the decision-making process.
Contribute to the development of marketing and product strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in market research methods and technologies.
Mentor and coach the Customer Experience function.
Responsible for training of the team to ensure optimal performance.
Performance assessment and management of the staff of Customer Experience function. Qualifications To be eligible for this role, you must meet the below minimum criteria: Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role.
