وظائف مبيعات لدى شركة الفطيم في سلطنة عُمان Assistant Manager Sales (B2 B sales – Air Conditioners/ HVAC) | Retail | OMASCO | OMAN What you will do: – Description of Accountability: Trade Sales Management: Oversee and manage trade sales activities, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
B2 B Sales: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Project Sales: Lead and manage project sales initiatives, from initial contact to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Divisional Head, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Required Skills to be successful: Strong understanding of trade sales and B2 B sales processes.
Proven track record in managing and closing project sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficiency Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. What equips you for the role: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field .
Minimum of 10 years of experience in trade handling, B2 B, and project sales, specifically in the room air conditioner industry.
A valid Gulf driving license is a must.
