وظائف مبيعات لدى مجـموعة المعـاصرون في عمان Al Moasroan Group is looking to hire a Sales Coordinator Responsibilities: · Contacting customers to arrange appointments and providing up-to-date support materials for Sales Representatives. · Managing urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and scheduling marketing events. · Handling orders via phone, email, or mail, ensuring correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. · Working with other departments to optimize sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries. · Developing and maintaining filing systems for sales records, reports, and financial information. Qualifications and skills : · Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field. · 35 years of experience in sales and marketing. · Knowledge in external an internal markets. · Knowledge in export rules and regulations. · Excellent English speaking and writing skills is must · Effective reporting.
